1. Acceptance
By using FamilyFolio, you accept these Terms. If you are a minor, parental consent is required. These Terms are between you and VentureQuest Media LLC ("we", "us").
2. Nature of the Service
FamilyFolio is an EDUCATIONAL application with simulated investing using VIRTUAL money. It is not a real investment platform, not a broker, and does not offer personalized financial advice.
3. Not Financial Advice
Nothing within FamilyFolio (including responses from the "Coino" AI tutor) constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. Examples are for educational purposes only. Before making real financial decisions, consult a certified professional.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not impersonate other people
- Do not use the app for fraud, harassment, or illegal activities
- Do not attempt to access other users' data
- Do not reverse-engineer the code
5. FamilyFolio Pro Subscription
- 7-day free trial (once per user)
- Auto-renewing monthly or yearly
- Cancel any time from the Parent Zone or your Apple ID / Google Play settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid cycle
- Prices may vary by region
6. Future Real Investing
If we ever implement real-money investing:
- Verified parental consent will be required
- KYC (Know Your Customer) mandatory
- Subject to financial regulation of the applicable country
- Past returns do not guarantee future returns
- You may lose capital
7. Limitation of Liability
FamilyFolio is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of errors. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
8. Intellectual Property
All FamilyFolio content, design, code, and brand are property of VentureQuest Media LLC. FamilyFolio™ is a trademark of VentureQuest Media LLC.
9. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from the profile.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where VentureQuest Media LLC is registered. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be notified within the app.

Al usar FamilyFolio, aceptas estos Términos. Si eres menor de edad, se requiere consentimiento parental. Estos Términos son entre tú y VentureQuest Media LLC ("nosotros").
2. Naturaleza del Servicio
FamilyFolio es una aplicación EDUCATIVA con simulación de inversiones usando dinero VIRTUAL. No es una plataforma de inversión real, no es un broker, no ofrece asesoría financiera personalizada.
3. No es Asesoría Financiera
Nada dentro de FamilyFolio (incluidas las respuestas del tutor IA "Coino") constituye asesoría financiera, legal o fiscal. Los ejemplos son con fines educativos únicamente. Antes de tomar decisiones financieras reales, consulta a un profesional certificado.
4. Uso Aceptable
- No suplantar identidad de otras personas
- No usar la app para fraude, acoso o actividades ilegales
- No intentar acceder a datos de otros usuarios
- No realizar ingeniería inversa del código
5. Suscripción FamilyFolio Pro
- Prueba gratuita de 7 días (una vez por usuario)
- Renovación automática mensual o anual
- Cancela en cualquier momento desde la Zona de Padres o desde Ajustes de tu Apple ID / Google Play
- La cancelación toma efecto al final del ciclo pagado
- Los precios pueden variar por región
6. Futura Inversión Real
Si algún día implementamos inversiones con dinero real:
- Se requerirá consentimiento parental verificado
- KYC (Know Your Customer) obligatorio
- Sujeto a regulación financiera del país correspondiente
- Los rendimientos pasados no garantizan rendimientos futuros
- Puedes perder capital
7. Limitación de Responsabilidad
FamilyFolio se ofrece "tal como está". No garantizamos disponibilidad ininterrumpida ni ausencia de errores. Nuestra responsabilidad máxima se limita al monto pagado en los últimos 12 meses.
8. Propiedad Intelectual
Todo el contenido, diseño, código y marca de FamilyFolio son propiedad de VentureQuest Media LLC. FamilyFolio™ es una marca comercial de VentureQuest Media LLC.
9. Terminación
Podemos suspender cuentas que violen estos Términos. Puedes cerrar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde el perfil.
10. Ley Aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del estado donde VentureQuest Media LLC está registrada. Las disputas se resolverán por arbitraje vinculante en esa jurisdicción.
11. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos Términos. Los cambios significativos serán notificados dentro de la app.
